The expected Impact duration is six hours at the maximum, during the maintenance window.

[DC3] UPS Curative maintenance

Location : DC3

What is done : We will do the curative maintenance of the inverters of electrical chains A, B, C and D on the 7th of November 2018. The inverters of these electrical chains supply racks of IT halls.

Impact : no impact - In the event of a failure of a second UPS on a chain where one UPS is in maintenance (offline), the other three remaining UPS are currently able to recover the current load

[DC3] Curative maintenance on battery of UPS, scheduled 2 months ago

[DC3] Curative maintenance on battery of UPS

We will do the curative maintenance of the inverters of electrical chains A, B, C and D the 7 november 2018. The inverters of these electrical chains supply racks of IT halls. Operations will be performed by our maintainer under our permanent supervision. UPS impacted :

ASI A1: 1 battery ASI B3: 1 battery ASI C2: 2 batterys ASI D2: 1 battery This maintenance requires isolating each UPS in order to intervene on the device. The downtime of an UPS is estimated to take 30 minutes. The operation will be done UPS by UPS and will have no impact on your equipments housed in our Datacenter : the others UPS of the electrical chain are sized to recover the load from the offline UPS

Databases Partial outage on ODS platforms

Due to hardware failure, some ODS instances weren't available for around 15 minutes.
Issue occurred between 1607Z (1705LT) and 1620Z (1720LT) on 01/11/2018.

We were able to restart all services, services are stable again.

DC3 [DC3] Electrical outage in part of room 4-3

We are currently experiencing a small electrical outage impacting 3 racks in DC3, Room 4-3 :

Racks : C16, C17, C18

Our team at the datacenter is already working on it in order to resolve it as quickly as possible.

DC3 [DC3] Electrical interruption

We encountered a short electrical outage in our DC3 Datacenter. The redundancy started a few minutes later and everything is coming back up right now.
