There is an ongoing incident preventing the creation of IPMI sessions from your console, rendering KVM access impossible.

AMS1 Compute APIConsole / API actions stuck on AMS
Our engineering team noticed anormal failing rates with actions run on AMS datacenter.
Stop / Start actions seem to be stuck.
However, it does not impact already running services.
We are investigating to understand the root cause and getting it fixed as soon as possible.
We will update this status as soon as we have more details to share.

We have lost access to DC3, Room 4-6 Rack F15.

AMS1 NetworkNetwork provider issue between Amsterdam and Paris
One of our network provider is currently experiencing issues between Paris and Amsterdam, causing RPN network unavailability between datacenters on rack H6.
It also lowered our public links available, which may cause congestion on public network.
As we currently do not have a precise ETA from our provider, some traffic has been rerouted to other links to avoid congestion as much as possible.
We will add additional details as soon as have more to share.
UPDATE: The link was fixed during the night, we have now recovered all the traffic
Mail[WEBHOSTING] Delay in email reception on WEB hostings
Our team has identified an issue delaying the reception of emails with WEB hostings (Perso, Pro, Business). There is no impact on CLOUD hostings or sending emails with any hosting.
They are currently working on it to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Some modifications were made in order to improve it. It is not resolved yet but it will be better in the meantime.

21/12/18 13300Z (1430LT) Update :
One of our servers responsible for routing incoming emails through our email platform was in an infinite loop situation issue causing some of the incoming emails to be deferred and stored permanently in a queue.
The mail queue is configured to retry the sending of each email on a regular basis which worsened our overload issue and the mail queue to increase endlessly.
Our MTA are now routing all emails normally. No emails have been lost in the process.
