On May 25th we will replace the RPN switch in DC2, room 203B rack J10.

During the maintenance the servers will be reachable on the public network but not over the RPN.

[NETWORK LINK PAR-AMS] Maintenance on PAR-AMS network backbone

One of our suppliers must perform an emergency maintenance on his network backbone which may impact our network traffic between PAR and AMS

Maintenance window is from March 08th, 2019 at 2100Z to March 09th, 2019 at 0500Z. The expected Impact duration is eight hours at the maximum.

During the maintenance window the network traffic between PAR and AMS may be impacted with possible saturation. This could also impact the RPN traffic between PAR and AMS.

Control on the IT room 1 generator

Location : DC5 Room 1

What is done : A control on the IT room 1 generators will happen on the 06/03 during which the emergency power supply will be unavailable.

Impact : There will be a redundancy degradation during this intervention with a minor risk of impact for customers.

We are experiencing a DNS network issue on AMS1. Our team is fully mobilized to solve the problem.

Compute Nodes [Scaleway] Instance - Starting difficulties - Paris

We are currently encountering an issue with our system. Some instances are not starting properly and can be stuck in 'starting state'. Our teams are working to fix the issue as soon as possible.

AMS1 Compute API Server creation issues in Amsterdam

Our teams noticed API issues when trying to either create a new server or start some AMS-based instances on Scaleway.
Issue is currently being investigated, we will update this status as soon as we have more details to share.
