What is done : Switch between UPS from room 1.1 to UPS from room 1.1.1 to enable a maintenance

Impact : No impact expected - Loss of redundancy

Ongoing maintenance on one of our DNS resolver, scheduled 2 weeks ago

We are going to proceed with a maintenance on one of our DNS resolver (10.1.94.8).
You may notice resolution issues with this specific resolver.
Service will be degraded, but our other resolver will still be available during this time.

We will proceed with 2 steps resulting in a short downtime (less than 15 seconds).

The network team has identified the root cause and has restored IPV6 connectivity.

We are currently proceeding with a maintenance on one of our DNS resolver (10.1.94.9).
You may notice resolution issues with this specific resolver.
Service will be degraded, but our other resolver will still be available during this time.

We will proceed with 2 steps resulting in a short downtime (less than 15 seconds).

DC3 Network [DC3] 2 RPN Switchs not answering

We have detected through our monitoring that 2 RPN switchs are not answering.

We are replacing them and will launch their configurations as soon as they are installed.

Theses are: Room 4-3 Rack F1 and Room 4-4 Rack B7

Room 4-3 rack F1 is now up. We are monitoring the situation.

DC3 [DC3] Switch unavailability - Room : 4-6, Rack : F18

We have detected an issue on the switch for this rack. Our datacenter and network teams are working on it to restore the service as quickly as possible.

Compute Nodes AMS1 - Instabilities on some BareMetal servers

We have identified an issue regarding some C2x BareMetal servers for Amsterdam region.

Symptoms : node are not reachable or blocked on “rebooting server” or “Unable to reboot”.

Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue.

We have lost the IPv6 connection towards our datacenter DC5-A.
