We will do the semi-annual maintenance of the chillers.

Preventive maintenance over the RPN network between AMS1 and DC3

Network supplier must perform maintenance on his Network. Maintenance window is from September 13, 2019 at 11:00 pm UTC to September 14th, 2019 at 6:00 am UTC. The expected Impact length is 19 hours at the maximum, during the maintenance window

Impact : Downtime on the RPN network between AMS1 and DC3

DC3 - Annual maintenance of UPS

We will do the annual maintenance of the inverters of electrical chains A, B, C and D.

The operation will have no impact on your equipments housed in our DC

Upgrade over the RPN network between AMS1 and DC3

Network supplier must perform maintenance on his Network. Maintenance window is from October 26th, 2019 at 10:00 pm UTC to October 27th, 2019 at 4:00 am UTC. The expected Impact length is 6 hours at the maximum, during the maintenance window

Impact : Downtime on the rpn network between AMS1 and DC3

Console [LOADBALANCER] Wrong status in console

We have detected that the console and API are forwarding wrong information about the state of your backends for the Load Balancer product.

It is impacting PAR1 and AMS1 and is currently being investigated for resolution.

There is no real impact on the product as it still works as expected, but its monitoring is giving false information.

[Paris core router bb1.dc3] Router upgrade, scheduled 3 weeks ago

Location : Paris - core router bb1.dc3

We are planning to upgrade the router firmware to the latest recommended by Cisco. The maintenance will be done in 2 steps to prepare the upgrade and then to apply.

Impact : This might lead to rerouting / latencies during the maintenance window. All Paris DCs are impacted.

Preparation : 30-Jul-2019 0400Z (0600LT) - duration 2h
Full upgrade : 31-Jul-2019 0100Z (0300LT) - duration 6h

UPDATE: Maintenance was planned for the 23th and 24th, due to heatwave, we are changing the dates for the 30th and 31st.

We are now starting the preparations. bb1.dc3 will now be isolated from our network.

We have lost some incoming traffic towards AMS datacenter (a9k-pni-1.ams1) for around 10min. Issue has been fixed.

We noticed DHCP issues (Dedibox only) in AMS datacenter. It is now fixed

Half of our outgoing traffic NL-IX was dropped during about 35min. This is now fixed
