Our teams identified an issue regarding instance provisioning and start.
Issue should now be fixed, we are investigating the root cause in order to provide a more complete report of the issue as soon as possible.
Moreover, we noticed that some customers are still unable to start, reboot or provision an existing instance.
As a workaround, you can first try again after ensuring that your used bootscript (if localbooting is disabled) is the last released one.
Should you still encounter issues, please get in touch with our support team through our ticketing system.
It has been confirmed upgrading the kernel to version 4.14.33, 4.9.93, 4.4.127 and restarting the node will fix the issue. We will roll out a patch if you do not wish to upgrade however we have no ETA at the moment.
