We've currently detected an issue with our C2 instance range in our AMS region.
Impacted instances are unreachable, administrative actions (stop, reboot, etc) are not properly executed, resulting in the instance getting stuck.
Our team has been notified and is investigating.
The intervention is done and the rack is back up. You may need to reboot your instance through the Console to restart it properly.
A rack is currently down, we have initiated an intervention to fix the issue.
