The expected Impact duration is six hours at the maximum, during the maintenance window.

RPN services [RPNv2] - Groups Issue

Our teams identified an issue regarding RPNv2 Groups.

We are currently investigating the issue and will update this status as soon as we have more details to share.

Symptom: RPNv2 groups disappear

UPDATE: Only servers in outsourcing are impacted. We are working on a solution and will update this ticket as soon as possible UPDATE 2: RPN groups have to be created from the outsourcing account, not from the server's owner account. This is why some groups dissapeared, they were made from the owner's account.

[HOSTING] Scheduled Maintenance on Web Hosting plateform We will perform an update on our classical web hosting load balancer. This concerns our Perso, Pro and Business customers.

Impact : The expected downtime for this maintenance is 2 minutes

AMS1 Scaleway API outage on AMS

We have reported an issue of the Scaleway API on AMS to our engineer team.

It is currently unavailable.

Stop / Start actions seem to be stuck.
However, it does not impact already running services.

A Scaleway API outage was observed on AMS at 20H00Z and fixed at 20H50Z

Our partner FRANCE-IX has identified a network issue on Paris They are currently working to fix this issue ASAP. We will add additional details as soon as have more to share.

DC3 Room 3-1 Racks B20 and B21 unavailable

The issue has been fixed. The power supply encountered an issue, we made the replacement on our end. Every impacted server are now up and running. If you are still facing an issue, please contact our assistance.

Issue has been identified, webmail is now available but there's still some slowness on the email reception, all our team is working on it. There is no impact on sending email, and no lost mails.
