We are encountering an issue on one of our webhosting plateform, we are investigating the root cause and are working on reestablishing websites as soon as possible.

UPDATE: All the websites hosted on plateform 34 are not answering for the moment. It comes from a hardware issue. We are doing our best to fix this as soon as possible UPDATE2: This impacts all the webhosting FTP services. We are working on a fix. UPDATE3: FTP service is now back online

Databases [HOSTING] issue on pf5-mysql

Our teams identified an issue regarding one server of database related to the web hosting service
If your website use a database connection and this server, you will encounter an error.

Mail [HOSTING] issue on mail reception

Our team has identified an issue on one server reception of emails. There is no impact on CLOUD hostings or sending emails with any hosting. They are currently working on it to resolve it as quickly as possible.
