During the maintenance the servers will be reachable on the public network but not over the RPN.

Our fiber optic provider has planned a maintenance on the public network between Paris and Amsterdam today (18th of February) from 9pm to 11pmUTC

Impact : There could be some network congestions

Mail [HOSTING] issue on mail reception

Our team has identified an issue on one server reception of emails. There is no impact on CLOUD hostings or sending emails with any hosting. They are currently working on it to resolve it as quickly as possible.

The product team has identified the root cause and working on a fix, one of our mail servers are slow, you should be able to send new emails currently and delay to receive emails.

Compute Nodes AMS - Node stuck/ Not reachable on ARM64 range

We have identified an issue regarding some ARM64 Instances for Amsterdam region.

Symptoms : node are not reachable or blocked on “rebooting server” or “Unable to reboot”.

Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue.

We will provide additional information through this status as soon as we have more to share. In the meantime, our support team is available to answer any further questions.

DC5 Network [DC5] C33 network issue

Some servers in the rack C33 related to the maintenance performed this morning are not getting their network back. This concern the blocs D, E, F, G and H.

We are working to fix it as soon as possible.

UPDATE: We have fixed this. All the servers are now up and answering correctly
