On May 25th we will replace the RPN switch in DC2, room 203B rack J10.

During the maintenance the servers will be reachable on the public network but not over the RPN.

There is an ongoing network incident in room: 1 rack: D15, all concerned servers are unavailable. Our teams are working on restoring the connectivity.

DC3 [PAR] Switch unavailability - Room 4-6 Rack B11

We have detected an issue on the switch for this rack.
Our datacenter and network teams are working on it to restore the service as quickly as possible.
We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

UPDATE: The switch has been fixed, servers are now reachable.

Console [ONLINE]Issue with tasks on dedicated servers

We are currently experiencing an issue with the tasks awaiting on servers. It prevents RAID configurations to finish, and a few installations like ESXi as well.

Our team is currently working on it in order to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you are experiencing this issue we invite you to restart the installation as soon as the status is resolved by our team.

Issue has been identified and fixed. Reboot can be necessary in some cases

Console Archlinux master 64bits installation script inoperative

Our installation script for Archlinux master 64bits is inoperative, the issue has been escalated to the product team and is currently being investigated
If possible, we invite you to use the KVM of your server.
