We will do the semi-annual maintenance of the chillers.

The operation will have no impact on your equipments housed in our DC

RPN AMS1/DC3

Preventive maintenance over the RPN network between AMS1 and DC3

Network supplier must perform maintenance on his Network. Maintenance window is from September 13, 2019 at 11:00 pm UTC to September 14th, 2019 at 6:00 am UTC. The expected Impact length is 19 hours at the maximum, during the maintenance window

Impact : Downtime on the RPN network between AMS1 and DC3

It will last : 19 hours

DC3 - Annual maintenance of UPS

We will do the annual maintenance of the inverters of electrical chains A, B, C and D.

The operation will have no impact on your equipments housed in our DC

Upgrade over the RPN network between AMS1 and DC3

Network supplier must perform maintenance on his Network. Maintenance window is from October 26th, 2019 at 10:00 pm UTC to October 27th, 2019 at 4:00 am UTC. The expected Impact length is 6 hours at the maximum, during the maintenance window

Impact : Downtime on the rpn network between AMS1 and DC3

Object Storage Public access unavailability

We have identified a problem with public access to Object Storage buckets, listing and HTTP requests. Buckets and private objects are always accessible, this is a public access problem, there is no loss of data.

Symptoms: Public access to buckets and objects may not work.

We have identified a problem with security groups.

Symptoms: Saving the security groups returns an error.

DC2 [DC2] - Room 203-B Rack j7 bloc E down

DC2, Room 203-B Rack j7 bloc E has an electrical issue. Servers are not answering for the moment.

We are doing our best to fix this as soon as possible.

We have identified an issue regarding some C2x BareMetal servers for Paris region
Symptoms : node are unreachable and/or stuck in a transient state.

Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue
