We will do the curative maintenance of the inverter of electrical chain A. Operations will be performed by our maintainer under our permanent supervision. The downtime of an UPS is estimated to take 30 minutes.

The operation will be done by UPS and will have no impact on your equipments housed in our Datacenter.

DC2 Explosion of one of our UPS

We just witnessed an explosion on one of our uninterruptible power supply in DC2.
So far, it is only impacting room 101 and we didn't notice any service interruption.

We will update this status as soon as we have additional details to share.

Our provider has been called, a technician is coming on-site.

Interventions are still being worked on at the moment. We had no downtime on services.

25/10/19 1105Z (1305LT)

Technicians are currently working repairing the UPS.

28/10/19 0900Z (1000LT)

We had to shut down and isolate this UPS. Technicians are still working on repairing it at the moment

29/10/19 1200Z (1300LT)

This UPS is now fixed and back in production. We had no downtime during this incident.

C14 Upload errors on a few buckets

Our teams noticed issues during data upload from temporary space to some C14 storages.
There is no direct impact on data INSIDE C14 buckets, it only affects uploads from new temporary spaces to some C14 buckets.

Issue has been escalated to the product's team, we will update this status as soon as we have additional details.

[DC2] - Power generators tests, scheduled 4 weeks ago

[DC2] Today, in DC2 we are testing our power generators engines.

To do so, we will cut our power inputs to test the generators in real case scenario. These tests will be done between 9AM and 3PM (French hours)

Impact : There should be no impacts.

Console [DEDIBOX] - Microsoft Windows installations disabled

Due to a technical issue we disabled all Microsoft Windows installations. We are working on fixing this as soon as possible. As a workaround, it is still possible to install it from an ISO file through the KVM over IP if your offer has one. You will need your own license in this case.
