Scheduled Maintenance
[DC5] Scheduled maintenance Room 1 - Racks A19, A20, A22, A23, A24

A scheduled maintenance is planned in DC5 (Room 1 - A19, A20, A22, A23, A24) in order to optimize and upgrade our infrastructure.

It will be done gradually on the racks, in the same order as in the object of the maintenance.

As a result servers will lose their public network connectivity as our switches are being upgraded, but private network connectivity will still be functional. It will come back gradually following the scheduled upgrades. We estimate the downtime to be between 10 and 20 minutes.

Updates will be posted below as the maintenance is going on.

[DC3] Maintenance on power contactor

We will carry out curative maintenance on GF1, GF3, and GF5: Replacement of contactors on A and B circuit.

  • Monday 12/10: Chiller n°5 substation B

[DC3] Annual maintenance of UPS

Annual maintenance of UPS in DC3

We will perform the annual maintenance of the inverters of electrical chains A, B, C and D. The inverters of these electrical chains supply racks of IT halls.

Operations will be performed by our maintainer under our permanent supervision, according to the following previsional schedule :

This maintenance requires isolating each UPS in order to intervene on the device. The downtime of an UPS is estimated to take 30 minutes.

The operation will be done UPS by UPS and will have no impact on your equipments housed in our Datacenter : the others UPS of the electrical chain are sized to recover the load from the offline UPS.

We are currently encountering a problem on the webmail of our both web hosting offers. Our customers may be encountering 504 errors, or SMTP errors.

We have noticed an increased number of 429 errors on our PAR and AMS Compute APIs.

DC2 [DC2] Power supply chain incident

An electrical supply chain incident happened on DC2 for about 30 minutes.
Our generators handled the failover without any issue for the whole duration.

Our teams are watching the infrastructure over the night to ensure everything keeps running normally since the power supply is back.
