They will be able to access the site and start repairing the fibers from 17:00 CEST today.

Update

The reparation work has been delayed as the site where the fiber cut happened has to be secured first.
Our provider is ready to start the reparation as soon as they get access.
As a lot of fibers have been damaged it will take some time to have everything fixed, initial ETA is 2 days.
On Scaleway network side the incident is under control, we lost our redundancy in some part of the network, but you should not experience any service disruption.

Identified

The links are still down, our provider is working on fixing them.
We have lost some redundancy, but the traffic is flowing without any issue. We are adjusting the routing to make sure that we are not saturating any link, so the routing path from Paris toward some peers (including in Amsterdam) might change slightly.
