Resolved

The root cause has been identified, and the changes were rollbacked.
Block Storage volumes are now working as expected, and can be hot-attached or detached without issues.

Investigating

We have detected an issue on with Block Storage volumes in nl-ams and pl-waw.
Block volumes can currently not be attached to a running instance or detached, as they will get stuck.

Attaching a block volume to a stopped instance works.

This incident affected: Elements - AZ (nl-ams-1, pl-waw-1) and Elements - Products (Instances).
