[DC3] RPN DHCP issue - Room 3-3-2

Everything is back to normal. We removed the link and restarted the service on another physical port.
If you have a RPNv1, you may have to release the DHCP again.

The issue is related to the physical port on the switch.

The RPN is currently unreachable for most server in room 3-3-2 in DC3.
