[Serverless]- serverless functions: cannot build functions anymore

From 9:00 to 10:07 (UTC), it was impossible to deploy new functions or update existing functions code, because of an issue in the functions build process. This is now solved; if you have deployed or updated a function during this interval, and your function is in error, you should be able to deploy it again successfully and fix the "error" status. Sorry about the inconvenience.
