[AMS] Public switch issue in AMS1 Hall 6 Rack 6.12.49

Resolved

The public switch has been replaced and reconfigured.
It is now up and running and public connectivity is available again on the rack.

Investigating

We have detected a switch down in AMS1 Rack 6.12.52 Blocks G & H.
Servers in those blocks currently have no public network or IPMI access and are unreachable.
