[DC5] RPN and public switch issue in DC5 Room 1 Rack B64

Resolved

We have detected that RPN and public switches were down in DC5 Room 1 Rack B64.
Servers in that rack had no network access at all and were unreachable.

The incident is now resolved, the switch was unavailable from 12:33:52 UTC to 12:42:43 UTC.
