GPU Operator will be upgraded on clusters with GPU pools and/or the GPU Operator installed via EasyDeploy.
This is to ensure that you can still use GPUs with the newer kernel shipped in 1.31+
You may expect a restart of the GPU operator and associated components during the upgrade.
