Investigating

Partial VPC DNS loss from 14:33 UTC to 14:36 UTC and from 15:18 UTC to 15:28 UTC.
Customers can experience high DNS failures from within VPC during those two timeframes.

We are investigating on the root cause.
Everything is back to normal.
