Both switches have been replaced and are back on production, all cables are repatched.

Now we're keeping an eye on the situation.

This only affects part of each rack:
-- DC5 room 1 rack D34.
-- DC5 room 1 rack D21.

Multiple servers in the mentioned racks loss their public connectivity.
