The new switch has been installed, configured and tested.
We're monitoring it, but don't hesitate to contact support by ticket if needed.

Investigating

We have detected that public switch is down in DC2 Room 103 Rack F10.
Servers in that rack currently have no network access.
Our team is already working on it
