All the affected nodes now seem to be back online, we are continuing to monitor the situation.

Monitoring

A durable fix has been implemented, and nodes affected from the power loss are getting back online now.
We have about 90% of the affected nodes back online at the moment

Investigating

We have detected a power issue AMS1 Hall 2 E-E Rack E16.
Servers in that rack currently have no network access and are unreachable.
