[DC3] Public switch down in Room 4 4-6 Rack A4

We had a problem in DC3 Room 4-6 Rack A4 this morning.
Indeed, the public switch of this rack was down between 7:47 and 9:53 am (Paris time), the servers had no public connectivity.

Since temperatures fluctuate with heat waves, this can be dangerous for computer equipment.

That's why we are monitoring the hardware, the Datacenter team rebooted and replaced the power cable of this switch for safety.

The switch is back on as expected and the anomaly is no longer present.
