[Scaleway Emailing] - Issue in Scaleway email delivrability on November 24th morning (Authentication code, account creation..)

Investigating

On November 24th, starting 5am, some emails sent by Scaleway for authentication, account creation, and other workflows could not be sent to clients. We estimate that the vast majority of emails have been sent successfully. We are implementing a fix.
