The public switch has been replaced and reconfigured.
It is now up and running and public connectivity is available again on the rack.

We have identified the issue and are currently replacing the public switch.

We have detected that public and RPN switches were down in DC2 Room 203-B Rack l11.
Servers in that rack currently have no network access and are unreachable.
