Investigating

From 3rd March 22:30 CET to 4th March 9:06 CET, the TFTP service for Dedibox running on fr-par-2 was not running properly.
During this time, customers could not boot their Dedibox into rescue mode and OS reinstallation did not work.

This incident affected: Dedibox - Products (Dedibox), Elements - AZ (fr-par-2), Elements - Products (Elastic Metal), and Dedibox - Datacenters (DC5).
