[DC5] RPN switch issue in DC5 Room 1 Rack D12

The RPN switch is now up and running again.
A quarter of the rack had tripped, servers in that quarter might have rebooted too.

Investigating

We have detected a switch down in DC5 Room 1 Rack D12.
Servers in that rack currently have no private network access (RPN) and are unreachable through this network.
