The SAN is now back online, LUNs should be reachable again and should be able to be mounted on servers.

Investigating

We have noticed that SAN LUNs on san-hdd-15.rpn.online.net were currently unreachable and cannot be connected to Dedibox servers.
We're investigating the issue to fix it as quickly as possible.
