[COCKPIT] - [ALL REGIONS] - Object Storage cockpit logs were not issued

From 14/01 13h28 to 22/01 16h42 UTC cockpit received no logs from Object Storage product. The timeframe was the consequence of a dysfunctional alert that was supposed to handle this case.The problem is fixed and additional monitoring will be added.
