The underlying issue has been resolved.
All snapshots impacted by the problem are shown in error in the Console and cannot be used anymore.

All impacted snapshots are now shown in error by the Console so that they can't be used by mistake.

Investigating

We are encountering an issue with snapshots of block storage volumes, and some of them are missing.
The situation is currently being investigated.

This may also impact some snapshots of Database instances using the currently in public beta Block Storage feature.
