The issue has been solved by our engineering teams.
Please note that volumes that were mounted during the incident will need to be mounted again as the issue is solved.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an issue with our Block Storage service in our fr-par1 region.
Customers won't be able to mount volumes via Instances and Kapsule products.

We will update this status as soon as we have additional details to share.
