[DEDIBOX] Adding RPN IP address on RPN-SAN does not work

The issue was caused by the form used to add ip addresses and servers into an RPN SAN.
It is now fixed and will not occur again.

We are currently experiencing an anomaly where attempts to add an RPN IP for an RPN SAN result in the following error: "Invalid form, please check your information".
