We will keep monitoring it for a while then close this status after some time.

Investigating

We have noticed an issue with our SMTP service returning errors when attempting to send emails, this concerns our classic webhosting offers and appears to impact all accounts. Our product team has been notified, we will update this status as soon as we have more information.
