IoT Hub - underlying database upgrade

On Thursday, July 23rd, 2026, we will upgrade the version of the database that stores product data.

Impact
Existing hubs and devices will remain connected correctly.
Partial service unavailability:

- The IoT Hub API will not be available during the migration process.
- The auto-provisioning feature will not work while the API is down.
- Connection status will not be updated during the maintenance (e.g.: connected_device_count, last_activity_at, is_connected ); however, the same information displayed in Cockpit will remain accurate.
