[DC2] - Network issue on Instance cluster 34 on fr-par-1

par1dc2-net-f03lf53.dc2 had a faulty uplink that was flapping, to avoid any traffic disruption this link was isolated (BGP session shutdown) until the QSFP was replaced.

A few minutes after the DC replaced it, at 16:49 UTC, the 2nd uplink went down for an unknown reason.

The leaf was then isolated.
At 16:58 UTC the BGP session from the 1st uplink was re-enabled, making the leaf reachable again.
