We have encountered FTP access problems this Tuesday, August 2nd between 3pm and 4:30pm on the classic web hosting offers (PERSO, PRO & BUSINESS).
The connection to your FTP may have been interrupted and failed with 331 errors.

Our internal team has already restored the situation.
