Our Database team is scheduling an infrastructure upgrade on PostgreSQL RDB instances. This maintenance deploy the latest PostgreSQL minor version: 14.4, 13.7, 12.11, 11.16 and 10.21.
We expect a short downtime on both classic and HA databases.
All instances will be updated progressively in a 2-hours window.

Impact: A few seconds downtime on HA RDB instances. ~1min downtime on standalone RDB instances.
