[Serverless Functions/Containers] [fr-par] network issues causing 5xx errors

Between 2024/06/22 12:20 PM and 3:00 PM (UTC), our fr-par infrastructure have experienced some network connectivity issues affecting our gateways. Around one third of our clients were impacted. Impacts for them during this period are:

- increased number of 5xx errors (between 30 and 50%)
- higher latency when calling functions/containers

We have fixed the issue, but we will keep monitoring. Sorry about any inconvenience.
