[DC5] RPN switch issue in DC5 Room 1 Rack D11

The RPN switch is now back up and running.
Servers on the rack might have rebooted too as the rack has tripped.

Investigating

We have detected a switch down in DC5 Room 1 Rack D11.
Servers in that rack currently have no private network access (RPN) and are unreachable through this network.
