Update

The RPN switch in DC3 Room 43 Rack F8 is now back online.
We are still mobilized to resolve the issue with the other switch.

Investigating

We have detected down switches in DC3 Room 31 Rack E14 & DC3 Room 43 Rack F8.
Servers in these racks currently have no private network access and are unreachable through RPN.
