Scaleway tickets' API maintenance, scheduled 1 week ago

In order to update our internal information system, we are going to conduct a maintenance on our ticket API.
During the maintenance, you will not be able to consult, create nor update tickets on your Scaleway account.

We expect the downtime to last a few minutes at most.
Our other communication channels stay available for urgent matters.

Mail Email deliverability issue toward some providers

We are noticing some deliverability issues toward a few external service providers.
We are working with them in order to improve deliverability.

Issue has been escalated to the product team.
They are in direct contact with impacted services.

Web Some websites returning internal server errors

Our team noticed that 2 PHP versions (5.2 and 5.6) were down on a specific internal platform hosting multiple websites.
During this downtime, websites on this platform using PHP 5.2 and 5.6 were unable to load.

Issue has now been fully fixed.

DC5 Network Packet loss and server rescue mode impossible

We got hardware issue on a dc5 network shelf which caused sporadic packet loss. Rescue mode and DHCP servers were also impacted. The problem is now fixed. The link has been restored and everything is back to normal.

Global Backbone [Network] Netboot network issue

There is an ongoing incident on our network, causing errors when servers try to boot on the network interface.
You may experience issues running internal tasks (server install script, booting in Rescue mode...).
Our teams are working on identifying and fixing the issue.

[Internal maintenance] - A maintenance is done to update our production.

Impact : Bmaas service, console, API and website will be down for one hour.

A switch in DC5 connecting rack C38 is down. The repair team has been alerted of this and it will be addressed shortly.

One of our Cloud Web Hosting’s load balancer is failing. Some websites are not reachable for the moment. We are working on a quick solution.
