[RPN] - DC2 Room 203b Rack J10

On May 25th we will replace the RPN switch in DC2, room 203B rack J10.

During the maintenance the servers will be reachable on the public network but not over the RPN.

Console Invoice display issue

We are noticing incorrect behavior regarding invoices' generation on console.
Issue is currently being investigated by our billing team, and we will update this status as soon as we have more details.

Invoices showing up on your account are now correct.

API Partial API / Console outage

We are currently experiencing issues regarding PAR APIs. You might also face issues connecting and managing your account from the console.

Our teams are focused on getting it fixed as soon as possible, we will update this status as soon as we have any update.

Wednesday 6th March 2019

FranceIX scheduled maintenance, scheduled 2 months ago

Please note that France-IX is planning to execute a maintenance operation on 06/03/19 0400Z (0500LT).
Maintenance shouldn't last more than 3 hours.

During the maintenance, France-IX will be isolated and all traffic will be rerouted through other links.

Internal backbone maintenance on AMS1 / DC3, scheduled 2 months ago

We are scheduling a corrective and preemptive maintenance on both AMS1 and DC3 backbone.
It should not have any impact on services.

First stage was finished with success and everything is stable. Next stage in 20 mins 06/03/19 0500Z (0530LT).

Maintenance will start on 06/03/19 0400Z (0500LT).

RPN services [RPN] RPN-SAN-HHD3 Unreachable

We are encountering an issue with our RPN-SAN-HHD3. The service is currently unavailable.


07/03/2019 0020Z (0120LT)

Issue has now been fixed and we can confirm after further tests that this SAN is now stable again.
We will have to further review the HA as soon as possible by tomorrow morning.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.

06/03/2019 2110Z (2210LT)

The root cause has been found. Our engineers are working on a fix.

06/03/2019 1920Z (2020LT)

Issue has been escalated to local team

PAR1 Compute API Paris' API instability

We are noticing instabilities on Paris API since a few minutes.

Root cause has been identified, we are currently working on a fix.
You may have partial unavailability while our engineering team is working on it.

Issue is now fixed, Paris API is stable again.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused.

DC2 [DC2] Network unavailability

There is a temporary network issue in :

DC2, Room: 101 101 DC2, Room: 202-B PRO

It can cause unavailability and network port down at many servers.

Network team is already investigating.

Issue was identified and solved, all impacted servers should be available again and stable in 5-10 minutes.

Issue has been escalated to local team

The issue is now fixed. The network unavailability concerned only internal traffic caused by a wrong route inserted during the night in our configuration.

Global Backbone France-IX exchange incident

A network incident is currently affecting our France-IX exchange point, this will impact all traffic to our peers via this IX, our teams are mobilised to set up a workaround.

France-IX has been isolated, all traffic has been rerouted correctly, we will monitor our network for further issues.

05.03.19 1000Z (1100LT)

Traffic is now re routed through France-IX and the situation is now back to normal.

We are experiencing a DNS network issue on AMS1. Our team is fully mobilized to solve the problem.

Compute Nodes [Scaleway] Instance - Starting difficulties - Paris

We are currently encountering an issue with our system. Some instances are not starting properly and can be stuck in 'starting state'. Our teams are working to fix the issue as soon as possible.
