Preventive maintenance over the RPN network between AMS1 and DC3

Network supplier must perform maintenance on his Network. Maintenance window is from September 13, 2019 at 11:00 pm UTC to September 14th, 2019 at 6:00 am UTC. The expected Impact length is 19 hours at the maximum, during the maintenance window

Impact : Downtime on the RPN network between AMS1 and DC3

DC3 - Annual maintenance of UPS

We will do the annual maintenance of the inverters of electrical chains A, B, C and D.

The operation will have no impact on your equipments housed in our DC

Mail Cloud Hosting - Mail delivery issue

We did the necessary action, everything is back to normal.

Issue has been escalated to local team

PAR1 Compute API Instances outage PAR

We are experiencing some issue with our internal data store in the PAR zone, some instances are stuck in stopping state. Also hot snapshot can also be stuck.

Your data are safe, our team is looking into it.

DC5 Network [NETWORK] - DC5 Room 1 Rack C16 Unstable

We have detected a network issue in DC5 room 1, rack C16.

The switch seems to be unstable for the moment and the servers do not answer.

We are working on fixing this as soon as possible.

UPDATE: The issue is now fixed, servers are now reachable
[SCALEWAY] Various issues with C2x instances.

We encountered various issues with C2x instances in Amsterdam.

Symptoms: Instances are unreachable / stuck in transferring data state.
