[DC3] Maintenance of HV Stations DATA 2, A/C/F1 and B/D/F2 + transformer TR F1, scheduled 3 weeks ago

[DC3] Maintenance of HV Stations DATA 2, A/C/F1 and B/D/F2 + transformer TR F1

The planned preventive maintenance consists of :

-maintenance of HV cells on delivery station “DATA2”and sub-station “B/D/F2”and electrical protection tests.

-Replacement of relay DMCR on transformer TR F1The entire electrical load of DC3 is supplied from “DATA1” delivery station.

The “DATA2” delivery station does not supply any load in normal operation mode. Its switching off for this operation will not have any impact on the datacenter electrical supply. The maintenance of HV sub-station and transformer F1 will be realized while the load is supplied by generators.

Impact : This intervention does not present any particular risk of service interruption and will be processed during working hours

We are currently experiencing a power issue in DC3 room 4-5 rack : A5 - A8 - C17- C18.

The public and rpn switchs are down.

Racks that were impacted as well but were fixed directly : Room 3-2 Racks E14 and E15 // Room 4-6 Rack E17 // Room 3-5 Rack A5

Team in charge is already investigating to solve it as soon as possible.

Mail [MAIL] Mailing platforms instabilities on Web/Cloud hostings

Our mailing plateforms have been experiencing instabilities in the past few days. It impacts outgoing mailing (along with forwards) and reception.

Our team is deeply engaged on it to find the root cause and fix it as soon as possible.

In the past few days, we ran deployed multiple internal patches in order to globally improve deliverability and filtering on all our web hosting email servers.
As a result, you shouldn't face issues sending or receiving emails anymore.

Web [WEBHOSTING] Renewal of SSL certificate failing

We have detected that some SSL certificates are not renewed correctly once expired.

Our team is currently working on this matter to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, please contact our support team so it can be renewed, but a little delay is to be expected.
