A hardware maintenance will be carried out on our Scaleway network links, this maintenance will impact all our PAR1 platforms isolating them from our network backbone.

This maintenance will be conducted on the 26th of March between 1am and 7am GMT and this status will be updated accordingly.

[DC3] Electrical maintenance on rack B12 room 3-1 - Scheduled Maintenance

Location : DC3 room 3-1 rack B12

What is done : Electrical maintenance

Annual equipment checks have shown the need to proceed with an electrical maintenance on the indicated rack. The power will be switched to the secondary input so there should be no impact. The maintenance will last 30 minutes.

Impact : no impact for customer

Network maintenance - PAR> AMS - Scheduled Maintenance

Region : PAR/AMS Time : from March 28th, 2019 at 22:00 UTC to March 29th, 2019 at 06:00 am UTC

Maintenance will be carried out on our network link between AMS and PARIS, no impact on the public network, but this maintenance may impact the RPN link between AMS/PAR

We are currently encountering an issue with our web platform 25. Some websites are no longer available.

Issue has been escalated to the product team and is currently being investigated.

We are currently encountering an issue with FTP connection on some web platform.

Issue has been escalated to the product team and is currently being investigated.

RPN services [RPN-SAN] Lost connectivity

During this morning's RPN maintenance on 6 switchs we have noticed a disconnection on our RPN-SAN hosted in DC3 (all SAN between 17 to 31 and SAN-4). The disconnection lasted 5 minutes. It was not planned and necessary actions were done during the update to prevent this. Unfortunately we have found an unplanned case that interrupted the service. We have added this case to our process for the next maintenances so that it does not happen again.

AMS1 Network Network Issue in AMS1 Datacenter Room Hall 2 D

There is an ongoing network issue in our AMS1 datacenter, room: Hall 2 D, this may cause paquet drops, latency, or disconnections. Our teams are investigating the root cause.

Console Ubuntu 16 install script not working

Our teams noticed that Ubuntu 16 setup from console scripts are not completing correctly.
Issue has been escalated to the product team and is currently being investigated.

Web Webhosting redirection issue

Our team received multiple reports regarding webhosting redirections targeting non-existent folders, causing requests to end with a 404 error code.
Issue has been escalated to our product team for further analyzis and is currently being investigated.
